What DirectPay Is
A contractor management and payment service.
Not a bank. Not a money changer.
What we are
Contractor Management & Payment Service
We manage contractor payment workflows, invoicing, and receivables for employers and their Philippine teams.
What we are not
Not a Money Services Business
We are not a bank, money transmitter, remittance provider, or foreign exchange dealer. We do not hold or transmit funds on behalf of others.
How it works
Principal Service Provider
Employers purchase a contractor payment service from DirectPay. DirectPay fulfills payment delivery to contractors as part of its own service obligations.
When an employer pays DirectPay, they are purchasing a service — not transferring funds to their contractors. Funds paid to DirectPay become its property upon receipt, and DirectPay assumes full responsibility for contractor payment fulfillment as part of delivering that service.
This model is the same as hiring any other business service provider. The employer pays for an outcome — their contractors get paid — without DirectPay acting as a conduit, agent, or intermediary for the employer's funds.
For contractors, DirectPay provides a digital service platform for invoice management, payment requests, and receivables tracking. Payments are fulfilled by DirectPay's Philippine operating entity, ProVA Services OPC, via BSP-supervised domestic payment rails.
